1.  Digital Product Nature

All Products sold by Wolfhound Simulations LLC are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Once the Product has been delivered or access has been granted, it is considered used and non-returnable.

2. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

​

Due to the digital nature of the Product:

• All sales are final

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued

• This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incompatibility with your system or simulator

  • User error

  • Performance expectations

  • Change of mind

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund.

3. License Grant & Usage Rights

​

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or commercial flight simulation use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Install and use the Product on your own systems

• Use the Product within supported flight simulation platforms

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product

• Upload the Product to third-party websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Product without written permission

 

4. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of Wolfhound Simulations LLC.

This includes:

• 3D models

• Textures

• Animations

• Source files

• Documentation

• Branding and logos

Purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

5. Compatibility & System Requirements

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• Compatibility with their flight simulator version

• Adequate system specifications

• Proper installation procedures

Wolfhound Simulations LLC. is not responsible for:

• Simulator updates that break compatibility

• Conflicts with third-party add-ons

• Hardware limitations

 

6. Support & Updates

​

Support is provided at the discretion of Wolfhound Simulations LLC. and may include:

• Installation guidance

• Bug fixes

• Performance updates

Updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

 

7. No Warranties

​

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Error-free operation

 

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wolfhound Simulations LLC. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Simulator crashes or system instability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Product.

 

9. Termination of License

​

Your license may be terminated immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must:

• Cease use of the Product

• Delete all copies in your possession

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

 

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

11. Changes to Terms

​

Wolfhound Simulations LLC. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
